1. Returns Period
At PRIA, we want you to shop with confidence.
You may request a return or exchange within 14 days from the date your order is delivered.
2. Conditions for Returns
To be eligible for a return, items must meet the following conditions:
- Unworn, unwashed, and in perfect condition
- All original tags must be attached
- Returned in the original packaging, or similar packaging that protects the item
- Free from stains, odours, or any signs of wear
PRIA reserves the right to refuse returns that do not meet these conditions.
3. Size Exchanges
We understand that finding the perfect fit is important.
Size exchanges are accepted within 14 days of delivery, provided the item is in perfect condition.
Once the returned item has been received and approved, we will dispatch the requested size, subject to stock availability.
4. Return Costs
- First size exchange: free of charge
- Returns for refund: return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer
The cost of return shipping will be deducted from the final refund amount.
5. How to Request a Return or Exchange
To initiate a return or exchange:

- Your order number
- The item(s) you wish to return or exchange
- Reason for return (optional)
We will provide you with the next steps and return instructions.
Once we receive and inspect the item(s), we will proceed with the exchange or refund.
6. Refunds
Once your return has been received and approved:
- Refunds will be issued to the original payment method
- Please allow 5–10 business days for the refund to be processed, depending on your bank or payment provider
7. Faulty or Incorrect Items
If you receive a faulty or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.
In this case:
- PRIA will cover all return and replacement costs
- You will be offered a replacement or a full refund
8. Non-Returnable Items
For hygiene reasons, certain items may not be eligible for return if:
- The hygiene seal has been removed
- The item shows any signs of use
9. Additional Information
- PRIA is not responsible for items lost or damaged during return transit
- We recommend using a tracked shipping service
- All returns are subject to inspection upon arrival
