RETURNS & REFUNDS

We hope you love your PRIA pieces, but if something isn’t quite right, you can request a return within 14 days of receiving your order.

Once you have requested your return, you will have a further 14 days to send the item back to us.

How to Request a Return

To request a return, please contact:

info@priaactivewear.fit

Please include:

• Your order number
• The item(s) you wish to return
• Reason for return (optional)

Our Customer Service team will provide you with the return instructions and PRIA will cover the return shipping cost.

Please do not send your return before contacting us.

Return Conditions

Returned items must be:

• Unwashed and unworn, other than being tried on for fit
• Returned with all original tags attached
• Free from stains, odours, make-up, deodorant marks or other signs of wear
• Returned in the original packaging where possible, or suitable protective packaging

You may try on your PRIA pieces as you would in a store. If an item has been handled beyond what is reasonably necessary to check its fit and condition, this may affect the amount refunded.

Refunds

Once your return has been received and checked, your refund will be issued to your original payment method.

Where required by applicable consumer law, a full order cancellation will also include the original standard delivery charge. Any additional cost for a premium or express delivery option is not refundable beyond the standard delivery amount.

Please allow additional time for your bank or payment provider to process the refund.

Exchanges

PRIA does not currently offer direct exchanges.

If you would like a different size, colour or product, please return your original item for a refund and place a new order through our website.

The new order will be charged at the current product price and the applicable shipping cost.

Faulty, Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive an item that is faulty, damaged or different from what you ordered, please contact us as soon as possible at info@priaactivewear.fit.

Please include your order number, a description of the issue and photographs where helpful.

PRIA will assist you with the appropriate solution and cover any applicable return costs.

Important

Please keep your proof of postage and tracking information until your return has been completed.

Nothing in this Returns & Refunds Policy affects your statutory consumer rights.
