PRIA operates from two locations to provide efficient delivery across the UK and Europe:<\/p>\n

United Kingdom orders are dispatched from London, UK.
Spain and European orders are dispatched from Madrid, Spain.<\/p>\n

The shipping options available at checkout will depend on your delivery location.<\/p>\n

PROCESSING TIMES<\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n

Please allow 1\u20133 business days for your order to be prepared before dispatch.<\/p>\n

During launches, promotions or periods of high demand, processing times may be slightly longer.<\/p>\n

Please note that processing time is separate from the estimated delivery time.<\/p>\n

UNITED KINGDOM SHIPPING<\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n

Orders within the United Kingdom are dispatched from London via Royal Mail Tracked 48.<\/p>\n

Local Collection \u2013 Madrid<\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n

EUROPEAN SHIPPING<\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n

For orders to European destinations outside Spain and the United Kingdom, please select \u201cShipping Across Europe\u201d at checkout.<\/p>\n

Once your order has been placed, please contact our Customer Service team via WhatsApp to arrange the shipping of your order.<\/p>\n

Shipping costs and estimated delivery times will depend on the destination and will be confirmed when arranging your shipment with our team.<\/p>\n

PRIA cannot be held responsible for delays or returns caused by incorrect or incomplete delivery information provided at checkout.<\/p>\n

If you notice an error in your shipping details, please contact us as soon as possible. If your order has not yet been dispatched, we will do our best to update the information.<\/p>\n

Once an order has been dispatched, we may not be able to change the delivery address.<\/p>\n

Orders dispatched from Madrid to destinations within the European Union (EU) are not subject to customs import duties between EU member states.<\/p>\n

For destinations where customs duties, import taxes or other local charges apply, these charges are determined by the destination country's regulations and may be the responsibility of the customer.<\/p>\n

PRIA is not responsible for delays caused by customs procedures.<\/p>\n
